These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website (the “Site”) and the text messaging program offered by Ideal Precision Roofing & Exteriors (“Ideal Precision,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Website Information and Service Requests

SMS/MMS Messaging Program
Program name: Ideal Precision Roofing & Exteriors Customer Messaging.
How you opt in: You may opt in by checking an unchecked text-message consent box on one of our forms, signing a written consent, or using another clear method we make available. By opting in, you authorize Ideal Precision Roofing & Exteriors to send recurring automated and non-automated SMS or MMS messages to the number you provide. Messages may include inquiry responses, appointment reminders, estimate and project updates, service notifications, and occasional marketing or promotional content. Your consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Message frequency: Frequency varies based on your requests and project activity; you may receive up to 10 messages per month, plus additional conversational replies when you contact us.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s terms and charges govern your mobile service.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We also recognize other reasonable opt-out requests, including CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPT OUT, and UNSUBSCRIBE. After an opt-out request, we may send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further marketing messages will be sent unless you separately opt in again.

Eligibility and number changes: You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from the account holder. You represent that you control the number provided. If you change or deactivate that number, please notify us promptly.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A SITE-RELATED CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED $100. THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW AND DO NOT LIMIT OBLIGATIONS UNDER A SEPARATE WRITTEN SERVICE AGREEMENT.
